What is GoBoda’s Warranty?
GoBoda warrants to the original retail purchaser that the zippers, fabrics, and bindings will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. In the case that a product is purchased through a retail provider, customers should return the GoBoda product directly to the retail seller according to their return policy. If one of our products fails during the warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the defective part if you return the product to an Authorized GoBoda Repair Center, postage paid, together with your proof of purchase and a non-refundable $15 processing fee to cover the costs of handling and return shipping. This processing fee should be in the form of a check, made payable to GoBoda. Please note that GoBoda reserves the right to increase the processing fees as and when we deem it necessary.
What’s not covered by the GoBoda warranty?
GoBoda products are made with strict specifications and high quality materials, however they are not indestructible. Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse or abuse of GoBoda products (including damage caused by airlines and other carriers), nor does it cover normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage (such as scuffing, scratches or fading.) The warranty also does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to, or loss of, the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses. Please note: GoBoda does require a $15 restocking fee for warranty returns.
How to I find an Authorized GoBoda Repair Center?
Call us at 1.877.726.5551 between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday (PST) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will give you clear instructions on how to get your product to the nearest Authorized GoBoda Repair Center for evaluation and repair. Please note that acceptance of a repair request does not mean that the repair is covered by the GoBoda warranty – that determination can only be made by a qualified GoBoda technician after evaluating the product.
When submitting an item for repairs, please include: Buyer Name, Phone number, email, return shipping address (no P.O. Boxes, as we return items via UPS), a brief description of the request repair, and proof of purchase.
Is there a fee for repairs?
Repairs that fall under GoBoda warranty coverage will be completed at our expense. As previously noted, we do charge a non-refundable $15 processing fee to cover handling costs and return shipping charges. If our GoBoda technician determines that a repair is not covered by our warranty, we will send you an estimate for the cost of repairing or refurbishing your product. You can then contact us to authorize the repair or ask us to return the product without repairing it. No non-warranty repairs will be made without your approval.
How long will repairs take?
Items sent to an Authorized GoBoda Repair Center will be repaired and returned within 15 business days. Repaired items are returned via UPS Ground. Tracking Numbers may be requested once the item is shipped, at 1.877.726.5551.
What is GoBoda's Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Please note that there is a $15 re-stocking fee. GoBoda does not accept used product returns. All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition and include attached hang tags, original paperwork and product packaging. To return merchandise, please request a Return Authorization (RA) number through GoBoda customer service (email@example.com or 877-726-5551). Please explain the reason for your return as your professional feedback is very important to us. Do not return any items until you have received an RA from GoBoda. All returns must be sent prepaid with the RA number notated on the outside of the package and on the original packing slip. GoBoda recommends using a shipping service with in-transit tracking such as UPS or FedEx Ground.
